well-trimmed boneless Meyer Beef Top Loin steaks, cut
1 in. thick **
- 1/3
cup coarse-grain or regular Dijon-style mustard
- 1
tablespoon chopped parsley
- 1
1/2 tablespoon honey
- 1
tablespoon each cider vinegar and water
- 1/4
teaspoon hot pepper sauce
- 1/8
teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
- 1
large onion cut into 1/2 inch thick slices

Recipe may also be prepared using 1-pound well trimmed boneless
Meyer Beef Sirloin steak cut 1 inch thick
Combine
mustard, parsley, honey, vinegar, water, pepper sauce and
pepper. Place the Meyer beef steaks and onion slices on the
grill over medium coals; brush both sides liberally with the
glaze. Grill steaks and onions 9 to 12 minutes for rare (140°
F) to medium (160° F), turning once and again brushing with
glaze.
